We collect information you provide directly to us. This includes your name and email address when you sign up for a free guide, join the newsletter, register for a challenge or masterclass, purchase a workbook, or join the membership. We may also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type through standard website analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information to send you what you signed up for, to keep you updated about our events, programmes and offers, to deliver sessions or products you have purchased, and to improve how our website works. We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.
Email marketing
When you join our list you will receive emails from The Event Enchanter via FunnelSketch. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Event Enchanter does not store your card details. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the processing of your payment information and can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
Membership
If you join The Event Strategy Collective your membership is managed through FunnelSketch. You can cancel your membership at any time and you will not be charged beyond your current billing period. Cancellation requests should be sent to belinda@eventenchanter.com.
Third parties
We use the following trusted platforms to run our business: WordPress for our website, FunnelSketch for email marketing, membership and digital products, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their service. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Cookies
Our WordPress website uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can choose to disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Event Enchanter website and any products, services or programmes you purchase or register for. By accessing our website or purchasing from us you agree to these terms.
Free resources and registrations
When you register for a free challenge, masterclass or guide, you are agreeing to receive communications from The Event Enchanter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Paid products and services
All prices are listed in pounds sterling. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Membership
The Event Strategy Collective is a recurring subscription billed monthly at £33 per month or annually at £330 per year depending on the option chosen at checkout. Your membership gives you access to the monthly programme, the Strategy Vault and all founding member bonuses as described at the time of joining.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting belinda@eventenchanter.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again after that point. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds
For digital products such as workbooks, refunds are not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded. For live sessions and programmes please contact us at belinda@eventenchanter.com within 48 hours of purchase if you have a concern and we will do our best to help.
Replays and access
Where replays are provided these are for your personal use only and must not be shared or distributed. Access to membership content, the Strategy Vault and any digital resources is provided for the duration of your active membership only. Access ends when your membership is cancelled.
Intellectual property
All content created by The Event Enchanter including frameworks, training materials, workbooks and resources remains the intellectual property of Belinda Sampson. You may not copy, share or reproduce any content without written permission.
Platform terms
Our website runs on WordPress. Membership, email marketing and digital products are managed through FunnelSketch. Payments are processed by Stripe. Use of these platforms is also subject to their own terms and conditions.
Limitation of liability
The Event Enchanter provides education and strategic support. Results will vary depending on your individual circumstances, effort and implementation. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any programme, challenge or session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
